In addition to our competitive wages, NMS Healthcare offers a wonderful Benefits Package for its employees. This package gives employees the flexibility and control to choose the benefits that make sense for their needs and the needs of their family.

401(k) Savings

To help employees prepare for retirement, NMS Healthcare provides a 401(k) retirement savings plan though TD Wealth Management.

Employees may contribute 1 – 10% of their salary, to the annual limit allowed by law. The Company match is 100% on the first 3% of employee contributions, and 50% on the next 3% of employee contributions. There are several investment options available and employees’ deferrals and matching contributions are always 100% vested.

To participate, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a consecutive 12-month period and be at least 21 years old.

Long Term and Disability Insurance

Life Insurance Plan is provided by Prudential for full-time active employees. The plan provides financial protection for the employee’s beneficiary (ies) by paying a benefit in the event of the employee’s death.

NMS Healthcare pays 100% of the full cost for Basic Term Life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for active, full-time employees as follows:

  • $50,000 for salaried employees
  • $10,000 for hourly employees

Two dental options are available to pay for routine and restorative dental care. In both options in-network preventive care is covered 100%.

Employees have access to quality vision care benefits that are affordable and easy to use. We offer a full service Vision Plan through Humana Vision Plan.

With this plan employees can:

  • Choose private practice or retail chain providers
  • Have a free vision exam every 12 months

Health Benefits
